The Real Estate Authority (formerly Real Estate Agents Authority) is the industry regulator, seeking to increase professionalism and protect consumers. The organisation represents industry and consumers. It was apparent that people did not understand this dual role, seeing REAA as the industry watchdog. Moxie worked with REA to re-brand the organisation and build a better understanding of its role and engagement with consumers.
