Peter Salmon

Managing Director

Peter has a long-standing interest in sustainable development, design and innovation. An acknowledged expert in understanding and communicating with the growing New Zealand consumer group known as Solution Seekers, Peter is also actively involved in building a global network of organisations working with the LOHAS markets.

Peter has created a company based on trust, respect and fun and we're really proud of that. His real strength is the vision he has, and the thought and consideration he gives to the work he does.

Peter leads the following multi-skilled team:
Lindie Winslade, Nikki Sturmer, Rebecca Davis, Scott Cowan, Mike Sleyer, Jess Molloy & Bert Aldridge.

John Lumsden

Independent Director

In 2005, John accepted an invitation to contribute to Moxie as an Independent Director, providing advice and leadership as we developed our sustainability practices. John's particular areas of interest are organisation development, innovation, new product development and marketing, negotiations, services exporting, and now governance and sustainable development. He is a Director of Grow Wellington, and provides governance and advisory services to a range of companies pursuing growth strategies.
